A lawsuit was filed in Federal Court today on behalf of all cashiers, cooks and dishwashers who have worked at the Pio Pio restaurants in New York City over the past six years. The lawsuit alleges these employees worked well over 40 hours per week and were not paid overtime. Unfortunately, this is very common in the restaurant industry.
